Fraser Rigg studied under the tutelage of BAFTA and Oscar nominated/winning cinematographers Greig Fraser ACS, ASC (DUNE, Batman & Foxcatcher) and Bradford Young ASC (Arrival, Selma, Solo - A Star Wars Story) working closely with them for several years as their personal assistant.
Following a period of apprenticeship with Greig and Bradford on large Hollywood Productions, Fraser developed his style and approach. Seeing how two of the best Cinematographers in the world “do it”.
His sensibilities and intuitive approach to the filmmaking process have been shaped by his experiences working alongside some of the most prominent names in the industry, including Alejandro G. Iñárritu, Jenn Nkiru, Terence Nance, Matt Reeves and Aneil Karia.
He holds both British and EU passports.
